I’m a healthcare executive and consultant with over 13 years of experience leading operational improvement, strategic growth, and patient-centered transformation across hospital systems. My approach combines data-driven strategy with emotionally intelligent leadership to create measurable, sustainable results.Throughout my career, I’ve led initiatives that reduced Emergency Department “Left Before Treatment” rates from 21% to 2%, generated $650K in annual savings, and raised patient experience scores from the 1st to the 20th percentile.
